Full Description

Overseeing greenhouse construction requirements for all projects, including safety and personnel and design of custom construction projects to fit site. Supervising all construction crews, assigning resources, and ensuring project timelines are met as well as clients' expectation, budget, quality of work and timelines. Applying expert knowledge of construction technologies and management techniques to increase the efficiency and productivity of the company's project operations including reading blueprints and designs to ensure building code, recommendations and requirements are met. Providing personnel training, mentoring and performance evaluations. Ensuring Health, Safety and Environmental standards are followed during all construction operations. Managing a budget and controlling cost for maintenance and equipment. Will work at various unanticipated customer locations throughout the US. Requires four (4) yrs. experience in Job Offered or related. Experience must have included four (4) yrs. in each of the following: Reading blueprints and designs to ensure building code, recommendations and requirements are met; Oversee housing and pole-barn construction; Providing personnel training, mentoring and performance evaluations related to construction techniques, processes and procedures; Design custom construction projects to fit site; Managing clients' expectation, budget, quality of work and timelines; Ensuring safety protocols are met; and Management of construction projects valued at a minimum of $300,000 annually.
