Benefits: • Competitive salary • Paid time off • Training & development Job Title: Part-Time Scheduler (Clerical/Administrative Support) Location: Hamburg Schedule Options: • Position 1: Friday – Saturday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM • Position 2: Saturday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Job Type: Part-Time Positions Available: 2 Position Summary: We are seeking two highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Schedulers to join our professional team. The ideal candidates will have strong clerical experience, excellent time management, and a high level of proficiency with technology. This is a critical support role requiring efficiency, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced administrative environment. This is an in-office job. Key Responsibilities: • Manage scheduling and coordination of personnel in accordance with operational needs • Input and update data with high accuracy and speed • Communicate promptly and professionally with staff and management • Monitor staffing changes and availability, making real-time adjustments as needed • Utilize scheduling software and communication platforms with confidence • Perform various clerical tasks including documentation, file management, and reporting Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of professional office or clerical experience (REQUIRED) • Strong typing proficiency and data entry accuracy • Excellent time management and organizational skills • High technological aptitude and ability to adapt to new systems quickly • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Preferred Qualifications: • Experience using scheduling or dispatch software • Previous experience in a 24/7 operational environment • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools Compensation & Work Environment: • Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) • Professional and supportive team environment • Opportunities for advancement within the organization How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter indicating which shift you are applying for.
