Full Description

Qualifications • Minimum 1-3 years of warehouse or logistics experience • Strong leadership and communication skills • Strong attention to detail and reliability. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment as needed • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities • Prolonged standing, walking, and occasional lifting or moving of materials • Customer relationship development. • Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills • Kitchen cabinet or related industry experience is a strong plus • Mandarin speaker is a strong plus Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods • Lead and train warehouse staff, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and reconciliations • Oversee equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse • Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy • Track KPIs such as order accuracy, inventory variance, productivity, and fulfillment times • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs • Manage schedules and labor planning to meet operational demands • Support implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and technology tools
