Job Title: Exterior Repair Technician P.J. Fitzpatrick, Inc. is on the lookout for a dedicated Exterior Repair Technician to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing repairs and installations on a variety of exterior components of residential properties, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections of exterior elements such as roofs, siding, windows, and doors. Provide accurate assessments and recommend appropriate repair solutions. Execute repairs and installations using a range of tools and materials while adhering to safety standards. Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs, processes, and timelines. Keep a clean and organized job site, ensuring all tools and materials are properly maintained. Maintain clear records of work performed and materials used for each project. Join our Team: At P.J. Familiarity with a range of exterior materials and installation techniques. Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical capability to lift heavy materials and work at heights. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
