About the Role The Senior Director of Digital Strategy will lead large-scale, creator-led campaigns with strategic oversight and executional excellence. This role requires strong client leadership, campaign performance ownership, and deep expertise in the creator economy. You will manage a significant book of business, oversee high-impact influencer activations, and collaborate closely with clients, creators, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will bring extensive digital strategy experience, advanced data fluency, and a passion for innovative influencer marketing. Responsibilities • Own and grow a business portfolio valued at $1M–$3M across high-profile client accounts • Lead and execute influencer campaigns across verticals, including gaming, tech, fashion, and lifestyle • Recruit and manage top-performing influencers across YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and Instagram • Negotiate contracts covering licensing, exclusivity, usage rights, and deliverables • Serve as primary client contact, ensuring strong communication and relationship management • Provide creative and strategic direction to align campaigns with KPIs and brand voice • Monitor content for FTC compliance, brand guidelines, and creative quality • Analyze performance metrics and deliver post-campaign reporting with insights and recommendations • Mentor junior team members and drive process improvements across the department • Stay current on creator trends, content formats, and platform changes What We’re Looking For Must-Have Experience • 5+ years of experience managing influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end • Exceptional client communication and contract negotiation skills • Deep knowledge of the creator ecosystem, especially YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok Preferred Skills & Attributes • Prior experience at an influencer agency, talent network, or creator tech platform • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage large campaigns and competing priorities • Advanced proficiency with influencer platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Hype Auditor, Sprout Social, or similar platforms) • Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset • Ability to interpret performance data into actionable insights and recommendations • Passion for creator culture, platform dynamics, and emerging media trends Bonus Skills & Experience • Experience running performance-based campaigns (CPA, CPI, ROAS-focused) • Background as a content creator or working directly with creators • Knowledge of the gaming, tech, or livestreaming industries Why Join Pixly? • Competitive base salary + commission • Remote-first team with flexibility and work-life balance • Collaborative, inclusive, and culture-driven environment • Work with global brands and top-tier creators • Play a leading role in shaping the future of influencer marketing
