Field Nurse Case Managers – Atlanta, GA This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a growing Case Management Company that offers nurses greater autonomy in managing their caseloads while still providing the ability to earn bonuses. We are seeking highly skilled, self-motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience in workers’ compensation nurse case management. As a Field Case Manager, you will evaluate, coordinate, and manage medical care for injured workers by collaborating with treating providers, therapists, employers, and insurance carriers—delivering results that truly make a difference. Requirements: • Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license • CCM (Certified Case Manager) • Georgia Rehabilitation Supplier designation preferred • Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience • Previous workers’ compensation case management experience • Valid driver’s license and Georgia auto insurance • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Benefits: • Flexible hours • Home office equipment provided • Competitive salary range: $85,000–$95,000 • Monthly bonus potential: $500–$2,500 uncapped • Mileage reimbursement • Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and 401(k) Who We Are Headquartered in Central Florida, Pivotal Placement Services is a full-service national workforce solutions firm specializing in placing healthcare professionals—from staff to leadership—in both clinical and non-clinical roles.
