Job description: Pivot Strategies is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support a large-scale global transformation initiative that will introduce significant changes to enterprise technology, processes, data, and workflows across multiple teams and international locations. This initiative involves meaningful shifts in how product information, operational processes, and cross-functional workflows are managed, requiring a strategic, hands-on leader who can guide the organization through high-impact change with clarity and confidence. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders, program teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop integrated change, communications, and training plans that prepare the organization for major shifts in how work is structured, executed, and sustained. You will ensure teams are ready, informed, and supported throughout the transition, from early preparation through deployment and beyond. How you will make an impact: Lead the OCM workstream for a complex, global implementation, serving as a trusted advisor to executives, program leadership, and cross-functional teams. Develop and deliver integrated change, communications, and training strategies that support adoption of new enterprise technologies, updated processes, and evolving ways of working across diverse teams and international locations. Conduct impact assessments, readiness evaluations, stakeholder analyses, and change risk reviews to inform targeted planning and engagement approaches. Identify and address change risks and adoption barriers, including shifts in responsibilities, workflows, data ownership, and cross-functional collaboration. Create clear, compelling communications, including messaging frameworks, leadership talking points, program narratives, and updates tailored for global audiences. Guide the development of training needs and approaches, ensuring individuals and teams have the knowledge and capability required to succeed in the future-state environment. Monitor readiness, engagement, and adoption, using insights to refine strategies, sustain momentum, and support smooth deployment across global locations. Help prepare the organization for meaningful shifts in how product information, operational processes, and cross-functional workflows are managed as new technologies and ways of working are introduced. Things to note: This is a remote position though periodic travel is required depending on client needs. The initiative involves significant levels of change and disruption, requiring resilience, empathy, and structured planning across global teams. The role may involve extended periods of computer work, virtual collaboration, and occasional in-person meetings. Pivot embraces diversity and equal opportunity. We are committed to creating an inclusive, collaborative environment that benefits our clients, our team, and the broader community. Staffing selection is based on qualifications, merit, and business needs. 8+ years of experience in organizational change management, internal communications, or training within complex, global environments. Demonstrated mastery of change management methodologies (Prosci certification preferred) and the ability to apply them pragmatically to real-world challenges. Proven experience supporting large-scale, global, technology-driven change, ideally involving enterprise platforms or multi-functional process transformation; experience with product, operations, or PLM-adjacent environments is a strong plus. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear, concise messaging for leaders, teams, and global audiences. Confident partnering with and influencing senior leaders, providing clear strategies, sound judgment, and practical guidance through ambiguity. Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, able to deliver both high-level frameworks and detailed, high-quality deliverables. Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and dynamic consulting environments.
