You Will: Manage Cross‑Functional Projects Develop business cases for operational changes, technology investments, and process improvements. Lead financial and operational projects from scoping through execution. Create project plans, milestones, and dashboards to track progress and financial impact. Coordinate across Finance, Operations, Accounting, and Corporate teams to ensure alignment. Drive accountability and ensure projects deliver expected outcomes. Deliver Operational & Financial Insights Partner with facility leaders to interpret KPIs and operational performance. Evaluate cost‑to‑serve, pricing, and productivity metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Conduct root‑cause analysis on performance gaps and recommend corrective actions. Improve Processes & Strengthen Controls Standardize financial processes across Presort sites to ensure consistency and accuracy. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate reporting. Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and internal controls. You Bring: Required Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in FP&A, operations finance, or financial project management. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret operational and financial data. Demonstrated success managing cross‑functional projects. Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities; experience with ERP and BI tools. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Experience in logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or mail‑processing environments. Knowledge of cost accounting, productivity analysis, and operational KPIs. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process‑improvement methodologies. Experience supporting multi‑site or network‑based operations.
