About the role Hook Hall is actively seeking Bartender/Servers to join our crew. This role is comprised of a combination of skills, blending hospitality, bartending, service, and event production. This role is responsible for serving customers and representing Hook Hall and our affiliated events that cater to our unique brands. What you'll do We're looking for Bartender/Servers who are excited to deliver exceptional service! From upscale events to high volume, the ideal candidate should be comfortable in all styles of events. You will be responsible for making drinks and tableside service for all guests, whether daily operations in our Garden or large scale events. Qualifications • 2+ years bartending experience • Commitment to and alignment with the company's core values • Ability to operate point-of-sales systems (Toast) • Keen understanding that a positive guest experience is imperative to success • Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately • Ability to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of time • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds for short periods of time Compensation • $10+tips (ability to make up to $600 a day during large events).
