As an experienced Recruiter at Piping Rock, you will be a key driver of Talent Acquisition strategy, responsible for delivering high-quality hiring outcomes across multiple business areas. With expertise in direct sourcing, employer branding, and stakeholder management, you will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, ensuring the right talent is identified, engaged, and hired to support organizational growth. Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Strategy Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through to offer acceptance, with a strong focus on proactive talent sourcing and pipeline development. Partner with senior leadership and HR Business Partners to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting strategies with business priorities. Build and execute innovative sourcing campaigns using advanced tools, networks, and platforms to identify top-tier talent in competitive markets. Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory Act as a strategic partner and advisor to hiring managers, influencing decision-making with data-driven insights and market intelligence. Provide regular updates on recruiting progress, market conditions, and candidate pipelines. Collaborate with leaders to refine job requirements, competencies, and selection criteria. Candidate Experience & Brand Building Deliver a world-class candidate experience, guiding candidates through each stage of the process with transparency and professionalism. Champion Piping Rock’s employer brand through social media, events, and community engagement to attract diverse, high-quality candidates. Represent Piping Rock at industry events, job fairs, and professional associations to expand reach and strengthen talent networks. Operational Excellence Ensure accurate, real-time updates of requisitions and candidate pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Monitor compliance with labor laws, hiring policies, and data protection requirements. Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruiting processes, technology use, and overall efficiency. Coaching & Leadership Mentor junior recruiters and team members, sharing best practices and strategies for effective sourcing and stakeholder management. Train hiring managers on structured interviewing, inclusive hiring practices, and candidate evaluation techniques. Influence and challenge stakeholders to drive quality-focused hiring decisions. Qualifications: 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within manufacturing, packaging, or high-volume environments. Proven success in direct sourcing and headhunting passive candidates across multiple functions. Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new industries and roles. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Proficiency with ATS systems, recruitment marketing tools, and advanced sourcing techniques. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment while delivering quality outcomes.
