Piper Companies seeking a Lead Product Manager, Credit Cards to join our team. This role is responsible for driving overall credit card design, marketing initiatives, operating expense management, along with digital experience for card offering. Responsibilities of the Lead Product Manager, Credit Cards include: • Lead and manage the Credit Card portfolio, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and cost efficiency. • Deliver and execute card strategies that maximize profitability while delivering value to members. • Monitor key financial metrics including revenues, expenses, and net interest margins, and make strategic adjustments to achieve business targets. • Develop long-term product strategies focusing on market differentiation, competitiveness, and member value, for rewards and non-rewards cards • Identify opportunities for credit card enhancement, new card offerings, and digital experience to meet evolving consumer needs. • Collaborate with the marketing team in developing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns for acquisition, engagement, and retention. • Leverage credit card analytics and member feedback to continuously improve the digital experience and implement enhancements based on data-driven insights. Qualifications for the Lead Product Manager, Credit Cards include: • 8+ years of experience in credit card product strategy, product management, banking strategy, particularly in consumer lending • Demonstrated experience in driving credit card product growth through strategic pricing, marketing, and product development. • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related fields. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
