Piper Companies is seeking a IT Operations Lead to support an industry leader in technology. This position will be remote in EST hours . The IT Operations Lead will be managing user access and licensing across platforms and providing high-level troubleshooting support. Responsibilities of the IT Operations Lead include: • Collaborate with our MSP to implement, configure, and manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, etc.). • Administer user identities, licensing, and configurations across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and third-party SaaS platforms. • Serve as the primary contact for access provisioning and revocation, ensuring compliance with enterprise security policies. • Deploy and manage security and compliance policies for cloud services and mobile devices. • Provide third-level technical support to employees and act as an escalation point for vendor-supported services. Qualifications for the IT Operations Lead include: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience. • 4+ years of experience supporting cloud-based applications in a remote or hybrid environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including user management and licensing. • Proven experience with Entra ID. • Experience with ticketing systems, tiered technical support, and vendor coordination. • Understanding of security best practices for SaaS access and device management. Compensation for the IT Operations Lead include: • Salary Range: $95,000-110,000 • Comprehensive Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays This job opens for applications on 9/30/2025.
