Piper Companies is hiring an ERP Technical Analyst for a manufacturing company located in Raleigh, NC. The ERP Technical Analyst will be demonstrating to non-technical audiences how to use a new feature that the company will be rolling out. The ERP Technical Analyst will be able to work remote as long as they are in driving distance to Raleigh, NC. Responsibilities of the ERP Technical Analyst: • Administer and support the Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system, including C# customizations and troubleshooting • Build Azure Synapse datasets and develop Power BI dashboards for enterprise reporting • Enhance financial reporting tools like Epicor Data Analyzer (EDA) • Collaborate with business teams to automate workflows and support system integrations • Ensure data integrity across ERP and reporting platforms • Document system changes and provide training and support to users Requirements of the ERP Technical Analyst: • 3+ years as an ERP Technical Analyst or relevant experience • Proficiency in C# Development as it related to business rules, scripts and system customization • Experience with any ERP System in a business environment, Epicore Prophet 21 (2025.1) preferred • Writing and understanding of SQL Queries • Experience with Windows Server, Power Automate and API Calls Compensation for the ERP Technical Analyst: • $80,000 - $120,000 • Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law This job opens for applications on 8/29/2025.
