Job Location: Conshohocken, PA Office Requirements: 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday); Fridays remote The Sales Trainee Opportunity: We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking, and high-character candidate to work through a sales apprenticeship program designed to develop you into an elite sales professional. You will initially learn the recruitment life cycle for a period of 6 months, then complete our mentorship-focused Sales Readiness Program, with the end goal of earning your promotion to Account Manager. Based on merit, you could move through this process faster. Upon promotion, you will apply new business development and account management best practices to build your customer base. This position offers uncapped earning potential with the security of a base salary. Essential Duties: • You will partner with an experienced Account Manager, to learn from them and help drive their business forward. • To begin, you will recruit on open positions for our Fortune 500 customers. This will create the foundation for your sales development. • As you develop your skills, you will advance into our Sales Readiness Program. • Upon promotion to Account Manager, you will develop and service your own customer base by creating meaningful partnerships, building trust, and driving client outcomes.
