Title: Director of Marketing and Access Strategy Location: East Windsor United States Job Description: Piper Companies is seeking a Director of Marketing and Access Strategy. This position is a hybrid position and would require you to be onsite in East Windsor, NJ 4 days a week. The Director of Marketing and Access Strategy will lead the launch and market access strategy for a novel treatment, driving brand growth through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and payer engagement. Responsibilities for the Director of Marketing and Access Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive market access strategies to optimize coverage, pricing, reimbursement, and distribution across key channels and stakeholders. Create compelling value propositions using clinical and economic data to support payer and provider engagement. Collaborate with Medical Affairs to generate HEOR data and economic models that support formulary inclusion. Align with Corporate Accounts and Trade teams to ensure seamless execution of access plans. Mentor and support the Product Manager in developing HCP marketing strategies and materials. Qualifications for the Director of Marketing and Access Strategy: 8-10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including 3-5 years in market access. Experience launching products in both branded and biosimilar markets. 1-2 years of HCP marketing experience is a plus. Proven success working in cross-functional matrix environments and leading agency partners. Strong strategic thinking, presentation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Deep understanding of U.S. regulatory and compliance guidelines for pharmaceutical promotion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
