Our mission is to provide the necessary information and expert guidance to help clients make informed purchasing decisions. We offer consultation, sales, delivery, and culinary support from our test kitchen. Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Territory Sales Specialist to join our team full time. This position is mostly road sales traveling through New England. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with restaurant dealers, clients, driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing sales operations. You will collaborate with team members to develop strategies for revenue growth and consistently deliver outstanding service to meet clients' needs. Qualifications • Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with the ability to meet and exceed targets consistently • Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Building to foster trust and long-term business partnerships • Excellent Communication capabilities, including verbal and written skills, to effectively interact with clients and team members • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment • Familiarity with the food service equipment industry and prior experience in sales is a plus • Proficiency with CRM software and relevant business tools is beneficial • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
