Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our wellness and beauty clinic’s sales operations and accelerate business growth. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute targeted sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence across key markets. You will guide a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences while consistently exceeding revenue goals. Duties & Responsibilities • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales and client-relations professionals to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets • Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the clinic’s services, target demographics, and premium wellness/aesthetic offerings • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, medical staff, and key stakeholders to drive long-term business success • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, trend evaluation, and competitive research • Oversee account management and client retention, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and maximizing repeat business • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute lead-generation campaigns, promotions, and brand-building initiatives • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or medical-spa CRM systems) to track leads, monitor sales performance, and optimize workflows • Negotiate packages, memberships, and pricing proposals that align with clinic goals while delivering superior value to clients • Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast results, and adjust strategies to maximize revenue • Lead by example in demonstrating exceptional service standards, in-depth product knowledge, and a client-centric approach during all interactions Qualifications • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in wellness, beauty, aesthetics, luxury services, hospitality, or related fields • Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to guide a team toward high performance • Excellent negotiation abilities and experience crafting client-focused service packages • Solid understanding of marketing principles, promotions, and how they integrate into the sales pipeline • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce or clinic-specific software) for managing leads, client histories, and sales metrics • Demonstrated success in business development/sales , account management, and strategic planning • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales metrics, customer behavior, and market trends • Outstanding communication skills with a warm, customer-centric approach • Leadership qualities that inspire confidence, encourage collaboration, and drive consistent results Join Our Team Become part of a passionate team dedicated to enhancing lives through beauty, wellness, and advanced aesthetic care.
