Full Description

Independent. Fast-Paced. Structured. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager who thrives in a structured environment, moves confidently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, and enjoys the independence and accountability of owning complex supply chain systems end to end. Why This Role? This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who likes to build order from complexity. You’ll balance hands-on execution on the shop floor with strategic system design, leading a team while owning supply chain processes, data, and technology that directly affect project success. What You’ll Do • Own the full supply chain lifecycle—from material takeoffs and sourcing through inventory management, production readiness, and delivery. • Develop and execute structured, scalable supply chain strategies that improve material accuracy, availability, lead times, and inventory investment. • Serve as the business owner for supply chain systems, including Flowtrak and future MRP/ERP solutions. • Lead MRP process implementation, optimization, governance, and user adoption. • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Project Management, Production, Engineering, IT, and Finance. • Establish KPIs and use data to drive accountability, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. • Oversee material planning, scheduling, and coordination to support production and project timelines. • Own inventory accuracy, controls, cycle counts, audits, and reporting. • Lead supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance reviews. • Build and develop a high-performing team with clear roles, expectations, and accountability. • Design, document, and standardize processes that reduce tribal knowledge and support growth. • Drive continuous improvement using Lean thinking, root cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making. What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred. • 7–10+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or supply chain environment. • Strong ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally. • Experience reading architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and bid documents. • Deep understanding of engineered manufacturing processes and materials. • Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong time-management skills. • Hands-on leader comfortable on the shop floor. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and scheduling/planning software. • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
