Manager – Third-Party Supplier Risk Management (TPRM) Experience: 4–6 Years Location: Remote – United States Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Job Type: Full-time Start Date: Immediate About the Role We are looking for an experienced Manager – Third-Party Supplier Risk Management (TPRM) with 4–6 years of relevant experience and US-market exposure to develop and execute a comprehensive supplier risk management program. The role will focus on identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks associated with third-party suppliers to strengthen supply chain resilience and ensure business continuity. The ideal candidate will have strong risk assessment skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with procurement, sourcing, risk, and other cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement a Third-Party Supplier Risk Management framework covering first-tier and sub-tier suppliers. • Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks associated with third-party suppliers. • Partner with Procurement and Sourcing teams to evaluate and select suppliers based on established risk criteria. • Monitor and report on supplier performance, including: • Financial stability • Operational capabilities • Compliance with ethical sourcing standards • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supplier risk issues. • Partner with the Enterprise Risk Management team to ensure TPRM program requirements align with broader organizational risk expectations. • Manage a direct report and oversee supplier risk management program deliverables. • Develop and deliver training and awareness activities for internal stakeholders. • Support internal and external reporting related to supplier risk management. • Create, maintain, and periodically update risk management policies and procedures. • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory expectations, and best practices in supplier risk management. Required Skills & Experience • 4–6 years of experience in Third-Party Supplier Risk Management, TPRM, Supplier Governance, or a closely related field. • US-market experience is mandatory. • Strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience developing and maintaining risk management policies and procedures. • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to influence without authority. • Experience aligning and communicating with senior stakeholders. • Good understanding of procurement processes, contract structures, and supplier relationship management. • Familiarity with SOX and SOC controls. • Understanding of public-company governance. • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage program deliverables.
