Position: Program Manager III Location: New York, NY (Hybrid 3 days onsite) Duration: 07 Months contract Job ID: 170258 Job Overview: As a Program Manager III, you will drive multiple programs that extend beyond your immediate team and organization. You will proactively identify, organize, and manage program activities and stakeholders to successfully deliver business, operational, and technical improvements. This role involves scoping, phasing, and driving ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges, including delivering downstream change management alongside your stakeholder team. You will ensure alignment among senior cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders while leveraging your advanced knowledge of the program domain. Responsibilities: • Define, drive, and own program charters across multiple teams, addressing scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing, and risks/dependencies for moderately complex programs. • Translate ambiguous program goals into clear and measurable objectives and milestones, creating project plans that include risks, dependencies, and proactive identification of constraints. • Determine program phasing and metrics to address continuous improvement, including resource stewardship, and optimize regular checkpoints and metrics dashboards. • Design and deliver optimized program communication plans, including executive and key partner communications, and represent the program articulately across touchpoints. • Anticipate change management requirements, develop rollout plans, monitor progress, and resolve misalignments while defining future change management needs. • Build trusted relationships with senior program stakeholders to enable effective decision-making and resolve prioritization misalignments. • Manage program escalations and proactively determine and collect data required to govern programs and drive stakeholder decision-making. • Maintain project trackers and status reports, manage dependencies, and incorporate Product Excellence values, Product Inclusion, and brand trust and reputation. • Create automated processes to enhance velocity and monitoring, define program governance structures, and manage mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports.
