Job Summary Lead VMS technology solutioning, configuration and deployments of vendor management systems, including requirements gathering, design documentation, validation, UAT, and data loads/conversion. Requirements Gathering & Solution Design Engage with client stakeholders & operations to understand related business needs Translate functional requirements (e.g., onboarding, invoicing, compliance) into technical specifications Design Scalable VMS architectures that integrate with ERP, HRIS and Financial Systems VMS Configuration, Testing & Transition Workflow Design & Configuration Field & Custom Field Setup User Roles & Permissions Notifications & Alerts Ongoing Optimization System Integration & Architecture Configure seamless integrations of the VMS with existing enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) Architecture secure and reliable solutions that handle vendor data, workflows and reporting Change Management & User Adoption Support training, documentation, and best practices for system users. Ensure that new features or integrations align with business goals. Manage rollout plans, including phased deployments and pilots Continuous Improvement & Innovation Monitor emerging VMS technologies & automation trends Recommend enhancement that drive efficiency, cost savings & risk reduction Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree is preferred Advanced configuration knowledge of FG, Beeline & VNDLY VMS (Fieldglass advanced certification/system integrator certification preferred) Prefer a minimum of 6 years previous experience in contingent workforce management supporting VMS, as well as experience with Beeline, FG & VNDLY VMS Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team Ability to develop creative solutions to challenging problems Pinnacle Group is a leading provider of information technology and workforce solutions.
