• *We are not accepting resumes from third party vendors, please do not inquire.*** EPMO Project Manager Essential Functions • Define project scope, requirements, priorities, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals. • Ensure projects are executed in accordance with PMO standards, risk management practices, architecture guidelines, and company policies. • Build strong partnerships with internal teams, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders to support successful project delivery. • Develop and manage project documentation, including RFPs, RFIs, and Statements of Work (SOWs). • Manage project budgets, track progress, and adjust resources and priorities to maintain alignment with objectives. • Oversee full project lifecycle execution, including risk and issue management, change control, communications, and status reporting. • Drive successful project completion, ensuring formal sign-off and smooth transition to Operations teams. • Maintain strong collaboration within the EPMO and with third-party vendors and service providers to enhance delivery outcomes. • Apply a client-service mindset when working with internal and external stakeholders. • Lead and facilitate recurring project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder reviews. • Coordinate communications strategies and rollout planning to support successful implementation. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field required. • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects involving vendors, service providers, or cross-functional teams. • Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or similar are preferred. Skills & Competencies • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners. • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and frequent interruptions. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience applying Agile practices. • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and accountability. • Comfortable leading meetings, presentations, and cross-functional discussions.
