Job Type: Full-time Remote (CST hours preferred) About Us Pinnacle Branding is a full-service promotional products agency specializing in branded merchandise, corporate stores, and custom client programs. We work in a client-focused, deadline-driven environment with frequent vendor coordination. Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Sales Operations Assistant to directly support the Director of Sales, supplier coordination, and administrative workflow. This role involves managing communications, organizing information, and assisting with client facing projects from start to finish. Responsibilities: Administrative & Organizational Support • Manage calendars, scheduling, reminders, and meeting coordination • Prepare spreadsheets, reports, internal documents, and SOP drafts • Maintain organized Dropbox filing system • Draft email communication and manage follow-ups • Track action items and help keep projects on schedule • Compile sales and activity reports as needed Supplier Relations • Maintain and update CRM with accurate vendor contact information • Schedule supplier meetings and coordinate communications • Research new products and trends • Request samples, pricing, availability, and production details Sales Support • Assist with product research and gathering specs • Prepare client-facing materials and mockups • Support quote creation, including pricing and freight estimates • Write quotes and manage orders for smaller house accounts • Create and update Company Store product descriptions • Maintain accurate client and project records • Provide team support during PTO or for large projects Order Management Support • Track active and time-sensitive projects • Assist with project updates and documentation accuracy Shopify & Store Support • Assist with voucher codes and basic product updates • Investigate store issues and coordinate with support teams General Operations • Pull YTD/PYTD sales data to track team KPIs • Review proofs for accuracy before client approval • Conduct light competitor or product research • Maintain client preference and brand guideline libraries Qualifications • 2–4 years in administrative support, sales support, merchandising coordination, or similar roles • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Clear written and verbal communication • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platforms a plus • Promotional products or merchandising experience preferred but not required What We're Looking For • Someone who takes initiative and solves problems independently • A strong communicator who keeps projects organized and moving • A detail-oriented multitasker who enjoys supporting sales operations Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) • PTO and paid holidays • Opportunities to attend industry events, including the annual PPAI Expo Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Have you worked in the promotional products, merchandising, or print production industry before? • Able to work CST hours? • Experience in administrative/sales support roles?
