About the Role: Our client is searching for a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead device sales and expand market presence. This role demands a strong hunter mentality to drive sales, foster client relationships, and implement strategic business plans that ensure customer success. The Area Sales Manager will oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while providing exceptional post-sale support. What You’ll Bring: • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2+ years in capital equipment sales (medical/aesthetic preferred). • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth (President’s Club recognition is a plus). • Strong skills in prospecting, negotiation, and closing. • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
