Full Description

Description: • Lead the design, coding, testing, and implementation of software applications and solutions. • Apply advanced knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and tools to develop efficient and reliable software. • Establish and enforce best practices in coding standards, code reviews, and quality assurance. • Serve as the subject matter expert for software development methodologies, tools, and technologies. • Advise leadership, program managers, and stakeholders on technical strategies, risks, and solutions. • Provide mentorship, training, and technical guidance to junior developers and engineers. • Work closely with systems engineers, cybersecurity, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration across environments. • Contribute to system architecture, ensuring software aligns with enterprise or mission objectives. • Optimize applications for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability. • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver high-quality products. • Participate in Agile/Scrum or other development methodologies, contributing as a senior technical resource. • Support proposal development, solution design, and technical roadmaps for future projects.
