We’re hiring a Content Marketing Lead to scale the engine that drives millions of users to Pingo. You’ll own our creator ecosystem end-to-end and build the most effective UGC growth machine in consumer tech. Why Pingo? We believe the future of language learning will feel like talking to a companion who knows you — not using an app. What You’ll Do In one sentence: Build and scale the UGC engine that makes Pingo one of the most viral consumer AI products on the internet — everything you build directly impacts our growth trajectory. Design and test 5-10 formats weekly, scaling across creators; analyze performance and iterate at high velocity. Make product-first virality that converts: validate formats, amplify winners, drop losers. Manage and grow Pingo’s brand account; evolve tone and creative direction Scale our 150+ creator and 850M+ view program to 1,000 creators and 500M monthly views. Run creator communications + Discord; coach creators on quality and Pingo integration. Oversee payments, onboarding, virtual assistants, and logistics; build systems to optimize creator output at scale. What We’re Looking For You’ve made a brand go viral or have gone viral yourself. Strong intuition for why content hits + culture. Fast executor with extreme ownership. Highly organized across many moving parts and strong communication. Experience growing something from 0 to 1.
