Responsibilities Must have line/prep experience for a minimum of 1 year. Duties will include: Keeping a clean and sanitary work station at all times. Breakdown down and setting up stations before and after shifts. Executing all menu items as required with flat top, grill, range and deep fryer. When working the closing shift, will be responsible for cleaning and preparing space for the next business day. Must be flexible with schedule and be a good team player.
