JOB DESCRIPTION: Pinao Consulting is seeking a Strategic Communications (Journeyman) to provide internal/external communications support for CAG and Corporate Operations. This role provides administrative and operational support to the F-35 CAG by performing outreach to the media, Congress, the DoD, and the public/taxpayers by preparing communications materials for external messaging and distribution; support the Chief of Staff/Corporate Operations with providing information and communications support to the ELT, SLT, JPO Community, and to F-35 stakeholders. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prepare external communications (media, Congress, GAO reports, speeches) with correct formatting. • Support internal communications for ELT/SLT and JPO community; process taskers through ETMS2. • Perform initial quality checks for correspondence: format, grammar, attachments. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below. Skills / Qualifications: • Experience with DoD communication styles; editorial standards; message consistency. • Experience in Word/PowerPoint; SharePoint; ETMS2; Teams; basic web publishing tools. • Familiarity with Military Departments and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) policy and documentation, and DoD reporting tools and major reports. Education: • Minimum Bachelors degree in related subject or discipline OR equivalent combination of education and work experience Security Clearance: • Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold a Secret Clearance Work Experience: • Minimum 5 years performing duties described in the description above ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Job Type: Full-time Location: Arlington, VA OR Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH Salary: $100,000 – 105,000 EEO Employer/Vet/Disabled Pinao is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
