We're looking for an experienced integration architect, and technical project leader who enjoys solving complex data integration challenges and is excited about applying AI to improve software development and automation. You'll work directly with customers, design solutions, lead implementation projects, solve challenging technical problems, and see the results of your work in production. What You'll Do • Lead enterprise integration projects from design through deployment • Architect scalable solutions for payers, solution providers, health plans, government agencies, medical device companies and technology organizations • Work directly with customers to understand requirements and guide implementations • Conduct demonstrations, proofs of concept, pilots, and production deployments • Leverage AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate delivery • Design and implement complex data transformations and integration workflows • Guide small, highly capable project teams • Contribute to product innovation and the expansion of AI-driven capabilities • Help shape the future direction of PilotFish's integration platform Required Qualifications • 7+ years of software engineering or enterprise integration • Strong Java development skills • Experience with XML, XSLT, SQL, REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, web services, and modern integration technologies • Proven success leading technical projects and customer implementations • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills • Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft, TIBCO, Edifecs, BizTalk, Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, Informatica, SnapLogic, Workato, Dell Boomi, or similar technologies • Ability to learn new platforms and technologies quickly • Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications • Healthcare integration experience involving HL7, FHIR, X12 EDI, or healthcare APIs • Professional services background • Experience managing projects and leading implementation teams • Interest in AI-assisted development, workflow automation, and emerging technologies • Experience delivering enterprise software solutions What We Offer • Competitive salary • Performance-based bonuses • Health insurance with HSA • 401(k) with company match and profit sharing • Generous PTO and company holidays • Fully remote work environment • Direct exposure to customers and executive leadership • Opportunity to influence product direction and innovation Why This Opportunity Is Unique Enterprise integration continues to be one of the fastest-growing areas in technology.
