Company Description PIIE‑Mapúa Student Chapter is the official student chapter of the Philippine Institute of Industrial Engineers at Mapúa University. The organization is dedicated to promoting learning and practical engagement in industrial engineering and public policy. Through research projects, training activities, and interdisciplinary collaboration, it provides members with professional development opportunities and supports students in advancing their growth in engineering, policy, and finance. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Infrastructure Finance Policy Advisor. The role entails developing and analyzing policies related to infrastructure finance by conducting thorough research, providing recommendations, and drafting policy documents. The advisor will work closely with stakeholders, deliver insights on public policy, and contribute to initiatives that improve infrastructure-related financial processes and strategies. Qualifications • 10–15 years of experience in public policy, infrastructure finance, economic research, or related analytical roles • Experience in policy development and familiarity with public policy frameworks • Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex financial and policy data • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings effectively • Research skills to gather and assess relevant data, trends, and best practices • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities • Background or degree in Public Policy, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields is preferred • Experience in academic research, policy writing, or student-led policy initiatives is a plus
