Optimize IT service management processes using ServiceNow, gather and document business requirements, conduct stakeholder workshops, support UAT, and provide end-user training.
3-5 years of ServiceNow business analyst experience, ITSM & ITOM knowledge, strong communication skills, preferably with ServiceNow certifications and a relevant bachelor's degree.
Utilize ServiceNow platform to streamline and optimize IT service management processes for clients. Gather and document business requirements related to ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. Conduct workshops with stakeholders to identify pain points and areas for improvement in service delivery. Collaborate with development teams to translate business needs into functional specifications. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities. Stay updated on ServiceNow developments and industry best practices to provide informed recommendations. 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with ServiceNow implementations. ITSM & ITOM Modules FS industry experience (in Asset Management clients a big +) Strong communication & stakeholder manager (they will be representing NextWave at client HQ and interacting with senior stakeholders) Certification a + but not essential Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices. Experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements. Proficiency in creating functional specifications and process documentation. Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator) preferred. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
