Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and vigilant individual with strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in supervising and guiding personnel. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, a professional and courteous demeanor, and the ability to manage conflict effectively. Pay and Benefits: Starting at $20.00 per hour Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and 401K Schedule 1 - Sunday-Wednesday-8pm-6am and 6pm-4am 40 hours per week Schedule 2- Thursday-Saturday-8pm-8am and 6pm-6am 36 hours per week Experience Requirements/Preferences: • Experience in a supervisory role for a minimum of two years. • Experience coaching, training, or mentoring staff in a professional setting. • Experience in security or a related field is preferred. • Experience with a handgun is preferred. • Experience preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate documentation. • Experience interacting with clients or customers to address security concerns and ensure satisfaction. Requirements and Qualifications: • Must be 21 years or older. • Must be able to pass a drug screening. • Must be able to pass a background check/criminal history. • Must possess a smartphone with an active cellular data plan. • Must possess a valid drivers license. • Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time.
