We provide professional armed and unarmed protective services, and we are expanding our administrative team to support our growing workforce of over 200 security professionals. Position Overview: We are seeking a Hiring Assistant to support the recruitment, onboarding, and personnel administration of armed and unarmed security officers. This position focuses on managing candidate flow, coordinating new-hire processes, and maintaining accurate digital personnel files (e-files) and guard-management records. Schedule & Compensation • Monday to Friday, 40 hours • Competitive hourly wage. • Benefits after 90 day probationary period. Key Responsibilities • Recruitment & Candidate Management • Post and manage job ads on Indeed and other hiring platforms. • Review applications, screen resumes, and pre-qualify candidates. • Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews. • Maintain organized communication with applicants throughout the hiring process. Onboarding & Orientation • Prepare offer letters and new hire packets. • Coordinate orientation sessions for newly hired armed and unarmed guards. • Assist candidates with credentialing requirements. • Ensure completion of all onboarding documents and required disclosures. Employee File Management • Create and maintain digital guard e-files. • Track certifications, training, and compliance documents. Guard Management System Administration • Enter new employees into the guard management system. • Update employee status, availability, and assignments. Required Qualifications • Experience in hiring, recruiting, HR, or administrative support. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Professional communication skills. • Tech proficiency. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in the security or law enforcement industry. • Familiarity with PPSB requirements.
