If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at PicSil! 📍 Location: California 📅 Half-time Goal Build brand awareness and drive product trials at the local level while establishing and growing gym and retail partnerships to drive revenue. Responsabilities • Prospect new gyms, retailers, and distributors through in-person visits, emails, and cold calls. • Drop into gyms to introduce the brand and run product sampling sessions. • Attend CrossFit competitions and fitness events as a vendor to showcase and promote Picsil products. • Educate athletes on product benefits, collect feedback, and communicate insights to the team. • Track conversions and customer interactions using Shopify tagging and reporting tools. • Pitch Picsil products effectively to partners and close sales both locally and during events. • Meet defined KPIs, including outreach targets, sampling volume, partnership acquisition, and sales goals.
