Full Description

Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Associate to join our team in Forest Hill, MD. This is a temporary position that will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires excellent communication skills (written and verbal), a high degree of professionalism and customer focus, along with the ability to organize data and multi-task. Responsibilities • Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with data intake • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information and assistance • Handle client inquiries and requests promptly, both in person and by email • Make appointments and update client information as needed • Organize data received by clients, both in person and through online portals • Handle final record pickup and payment • Assist with administrative tasks such as copying, assembling records, scanning data and invoicing, as needed. Requirements • 2 + years of administrative experience in front desk operations and within an accounting firm preferred (not required) • Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction • Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office This position offers an engaging environment where professionalism and organization are valued.
