Full Description

Overview: The Business Manager will support the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the Client Onboarding, Due Diligence, Innovation & Strategy organization within Wealth Management Operations. This individual will partner closely with Finance, Operations, and HR to support senior leaders through strategic planning, reporting, and executive communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Primary Responsibilities: • Serve as a strategic partner to the CAO and senior leadership team across Wealth Management Operations. • Partner with Finance and Operations leads on financial forecasting, budgeting, and headcount management. • Oversee vendor tracking, spend management, and related reporting. • Support recurring and ad-hoc business reporting and presentations for senior leadership. • Prepare and enhance executive-level communications and PowerPoint materials. • Contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvement efforts across the organization. • Coordinate with HR on organizational planning, staffing updates, and talent initiatives. • Assist in managing departmental priorities, ensuring timely execution of deliverables. Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business management, operations, or financial services. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and executive presentations. • Experience with financial forecasting, headcount planning, and vendor management. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple changing priorities. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Proven ability to take initiative and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
