The Business Development Specialist for Physicians Services Group of Florida (PSGFL) is a full-time remote administrative role. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as lead generation, market research, analytical insights, communication with clients, and providing excellent customer service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Identifying opportunities: finding new clients and business opportunities • Help develop and drive business goals and initiatives, generating leads • Create market and sales strategies to help grow the business • Building customer relationships and partnerships • Represent the company for external and internal client events • Monitoring competitive landscape and attend industry events, communication with clients • Market research • Leverage network to continue to build brand recognition • Analytical insights • Customer Service • Input into strategic growth via market development • Tackling unforeseen issues and troubleshooting QUALIFICATIONS: • Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities • Strong Communication Skills and Customer Service Experience • Lead Generation capabilities • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus including SNF and ALF post-acute care settings • Rehabilitation and Nursing Home experience a plus COMPENSATION: Vision, Medical, Dental Insurance 401(k) PTO Bonus Eligible Job Type: Full-time Pay: $125,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
