Employment Type: Full-Time | Exempt Physicians Rehab Solution (PRS) is a national organization dedicated to supporting private practice physical and occupational therapy clinics. Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. This highly skilled professional will be instrumental in analyzing and optimizing financial and operational performance across our therapy practices nationwide. What You’ll Do As the Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance by ensuring accuracy, uncovering inefficiencies, and delivering actionable insights. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Data & Performance Analysis • Collect, analyze, and interpret data specific to outpatient physical and occupational therapy. Data Analytics, Reporting & Insights • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational, clinical, and revenue cycle improvement. • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and explain the “why” behind performance trends. Compliance & Audit • Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy Process Improvement • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows. What You Bring • 1+ years of data analytics experience in a healthcare setting (Snowflake, Sigma, Excel preferred). • 6+ months of EMR experience (ModMed, Epic, WebPT, NextGen, Athena, etc.). • 5+ years of experience compiling, auditing, and interpreting healthcare performance data. Education: • Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following: • Healthcare Administration • Health Information Management • Finance • Accounting • Business Administration • Public Health • Data Analytics (with healthcare exposure) • Experience presenting findings and building reports for senior leadership. • Strong attention to detail, self-discipline, and deadline-driven work ethic. • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and willingness to collaborate and receive feedback.
