Client Planning Advisor (Entry-Level | Remote) About the Role: We are seeking motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Client Planning Advisors. This entry-level role involves working directly with clients to help them create personalized plans for protection, savings, investments, and long-term goals. No prior experience is required — full training and licensing are provided. Key Responsibilities: - Meet with clients to understand their goals and current situation. - Help clients build customized protection and wealth-building plans. - Educate clients on concepts like income protection, retirement strategies, debt solutions, and wealth growth. - Implement appropriate solutions based on client needs. - Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure client progress. - Complete required training and licensing. - Collaborate with team leaders for coaching and development. - Provide a professional, supportive experience for every client. Requirements: - Willingness to obtain required licenses (Life, Series 6/63/26/65, Mortgage)> - Must follow a 30 day training program. - Attend all required training meetings. - Strong communication and people skills. - Coachable, dependable, and able to follow a proven training system. - Ability to work independently and remotely. - Growth-minded with a strong desire for long-term career development. - No prior industry experience needed.
