Patient Care Coordinator / Front Office Medical Administrator Full-Time Alpharetta, GA $58,000–$64,000 per year We are a high-end hair restoration and regenerative medicine practice in Alpharetta seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator / Front Office Medical Administrator. This role combines medical front office duties, patient support, EMR management, and basic clinical imaging (training provided). Responsibilities Patient Coordination & Front Office • Greet patients, check them in/out, and manage daily schedule • Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries • Collect payments and enter charges into EMR • Schedule consultations, procedures, and follow-ups Medical Administration • Complete and update patient charts • Enter allergies, medications, and clinical notes • Process prescriptions and refills • Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation Clinical Support (Training Provided) • Take standardized medical photos • Perform HairCheck, HairMetrix, and 3D imaging • Assist with pre-op and post-op workflows Office Operations • Maintain a clean, organized front office • Order supplies and track inventory • Enter invoices/bills for administrative tracking • Coordinate staffing for procedure days Qualifications • 1+ year in a medical front office, dermatology, aesthetics, or surgical practice • Strong communication and patient service skills • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational ability • Comfortable learning imaging tools and EMR systems • Professional, polished, and reliable Preferred: • Dermatology / aesthetic medicine experience • Familiarity with Aesthetic Record, Nextech, or similar EMRs Compensation $58,000–$64,000 per year (based on experience) Growth potential for high-performing candidates.
