Job Description: Phreesia is seeking a self-starter Sr. Sales Enablement Associate to lead and execute strategic enablement initiatives for our Client Experience team (sales) for our Network Solutions department (https://networksolutions.phreesia.com). This role will drive cross-functional go-to-market efforts, develop and audit sales tools and collateral, lead onboarding for Network Solutions hires, facilitate product training and upskilling, and create tailored playbooks to support sales productivity and transformation. Acting as a connector across CE sales leadership, marketing, sales operations, strategy, and market development, the Sr. Associate will ensure alignment and execution of key initiatives. You will rely on your previous sales and project management skills as you coordinate sales resources, reinforcing company positioning, and delivering targeted coaching and feedback. What You’ll Do: Develop Enablement Strategy & Materials: Conduct research and collaborate with stakeholders to understand key challenges, market dynamics, and value propositions across verticals. Use these insights to create and refine sales playbooks, frameworks, and enablement collateral that support positioning and customer engagement Execute New Product & Initiative Rollouts: Partner cross-functionally with CE Leads, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Market Development to support the launch, adoption, and continuous improvement of new sales initiatives. Own the delivery and follow-through of enablement programming and resources Vertical-Specific Expertise & Support: Act as a subject matter expert for sales enablement within assigned vertical(s), maintaining up-to-date resources (e.g., Confluence, sales decks), delivering competitive positioning, and ensuring content is accessible and actionable Facilitate Training & Onboarding: Lead onboarding for Network Solutions client-facing teams and contribute to the design and delivery of foundational training programs focused on core selling skills (e.g., storytelling, active listening, value selling). Evaluate and iterate on training and certification programs as needed Field Engagement & Feedback Loop: Regularly observe sales interactions (via Gong, live calls, etc.) to gather insights, reinforce enablement efforts, and ensure alignment with real-world needs and voice of the customer Content & Resource Management: Ensure timely delivery and discoverability of relevant collateral and tools for the CE team. Continuously reinforce availability and usage of key resources Drive Sales Productivity: Contribute to the 6–12-month Sales Enablement roadmap and use data-driven approaches—including AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot)—to increase sales effectiveness and efficiency. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in sales training and/or sales enablement with previous direct sales/upsell experience; preferable within the healthcare or technology space Ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and spoken formats to a variety of audiences including adult learners, utilizing effective facilitation skills Project Management to balance competing priorities, being adaptable to shifts Proficient skills with Salesforce, MS Office and GenAI Ability to travel up to 10% Base pay for US is $105,000 - $115,000, depending on qualifications.
