Location: Remote (potential transition to full-time at San Francisco HQ) Type: Internship (Unpaid, with potential full-time offer) About PhrasIQ PhrasIQ is building the next chapter of enterprise AI. We are a fast-growing, venture-backed startup headquartered in San Francisco, pioneering an AI-powered decision intelligence platform for finance teams. Our flagship product, InSightOS, is a modular, multi-agent system that integrates seamlessly with ERP and CRM platforms, unifying siloed tools and data into one intelligent environment. The Role: Fullstack Intern We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Fullstack Intern to join our early team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, wants to work on high-impact problems, and is eager to contribute to the next generation of enterprise AI platforms. As a Fullstack Intern, you will work closely with our engineering and product teams to: Design and build core product features across the stack (frontend, backend, APIs, and integrations). Develop clean, scalable, and modular code that powers our multi-agent AI system. Contribute to building plug-and-play APIs that integrate with ERP/CRM systems. Support real-time analytics dashboards and agent personas used by finance teams. Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to operationalize AI models into production workflows. Explore best practices in security, scalability, and enterprise-grade deployments. This internship is more than just coding tasks- you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the foundation of a platform that enterprises will rely on for data-driven, mission-critical decisions. What We’re Looking For Strong foundation in fullstack development (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or similar). Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL), API design, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Passion for AI/ML, enterprise systems, and cutting-edge technology. Curiosity, adaptability, and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Bonus if you have: Experience with AI/ML integrations (LLM APIs, vector databases, RAG pipelines). Exposure to enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, finance software).
