A company is looking for a React JS Lead to oversee the development of front-end applications. Key Responsibilities • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of React JS developers • Drive architectural decisions and establish best practices for front-end development • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to deliver scalable web experiences Required Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • Proven experience in a lead or senior role with technical guidance to a team • Deep understanding of React JS principles and state management • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 • Experience with modern front-end build tools and RESTful APIs
