Phoenix Staff, Inc. is seeking a Support & Implementation Project Manager to provide hands-on support to SaaS users and collaborate with implementation teams for successful client software deployments. This role involves managing multiple projects, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth software implementations. Responsibilities • Provide direct support to end users through email and occasional phone calls. • Collaborate with implementation leaders and specialists on new client onboarding and system configuration. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, identifying critical paths, deadlines, and resource needs. • Analyze new requests, troubleshoot issues, and clearly explain existing system features and functionality. • Adapt quickly to new software platforms and manage project delivery within timelines and budgets. • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth implementations. • Break down large tasks into actionable steps and track progress without significant oversight.
