This role is instrumental in elevating the quality and timeliness of financial analysis across the entire organization, with dedicated support for both the India and US Divisions. How you will contribute mightily to the Phillips vision Drive excellence in consolidated financial reporting, providing elevated insight into India operations. Orchestrate world-class cash flow forecasting, project margin tracking, and variance analysis to enable proactive financial decision-making. Produce incisive, entity-level reporting for leadership across the US, India, and China joint ventures. Partner with the India CFO and project leaders to optimize profitability and secure financing for strategic projects. Harness mastery of large-scale data (e.g., AP/AR aging) to uncover anomalies and ensure uncompromising data integrity. Engineer robust financial models, dashboards, and templates to sharpen leadership decision-making. Champion absolute GAAP and internal controls compliance, fortifying audit readiness and flawlessly executing quarterly adjustments. Serve as the strategic “eyes and ears” for the Controller and CFO, anticipating risks and spotlighting performance trends. Catalyze continuous improvement by identifying and executing scalable financial processes for global expansion. What you will need to become a Phillips virtuoso 4–6 years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate environment. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. Demonstrated ability to support multiple business units/divisions, ideally in multinational or multi-entity organizations. Experience collaborating with Controllers, CFOs, and cross-functional teams. Background in supporting audits, compliance, and preparation of financial statements. Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, complex formulas, lookups). Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle). Experience with data visualization/reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau). The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $95,000.00 and $125,000.00 per year.
