The Role: You will be the face of Phillips, based out of your residence and mastering the territory Monday through Friday in a company-supplied van. Your daily score will involve engineering excellence: troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex CNC machines and systems, and bringing new, state-of-the-art machinery online through precision installations. Beyond the technical work, you'll provide world-class customer service that goes beyond the repair—building genuine, lasting relationships and creating legendary value. A critical part of your role will be roadblock elimination: proactively seeking out and annihilating any obstacle that stands between our customers and peak productivity, thus ensuring long-term partnerships and securing future work for Phillips. What you need to be successful: We are looking for individuals who embody the Phillips spirit. You must possess deep experience with CNC machinery OR a powerhouse combination of a strong mechanical and electrical background. While a Mechatronics, Machining, or Engineering certification or degree is a plus, your industry experience and demonstrable skill are paramount. Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $55,000.00 and $75,000.00 annually.
