Job Title Senior Manager, Clinical Adoption Job Description Senior Manager, Clinical Adoption. Lead and elevate the delivery of large-scale Enterprise Imaging service solutions that drive clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and customer success. This role requires a strong clinical foundation combined with business acumen to manage a large team, coach and develop talent, and implement strategies that ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. You will also design and deliver customer-facing training programs and champion process improvements that enhance service performance and financial outcomes. Your role: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Oversee execution of complex Enterprise Imaging and clinical service solution projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and customer expectations. Drive operational excellence through process optimization, risk mitigation, and scalable delivery practices that improve efficiency and quality. Partner with clinical, product, and business leaders to align service strategies, influence solution design, and advocate for customer needs. Manage budgets, forecast resources, and apply business acumen to support profitability and informed decision-making. Enhance customer success through innovative training programs, strong relationship management, and ongoing engagement, including travel (up to 30%) for key initiatives. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 7+ years of experience leading large teams and managing complex service delivery, implementation, and performance improvement initiatives in MedTech, Healthcare, or other highly regulated industries. Your skills include project and program management, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, process optimization, change management, team coaching, budget management, and risk assessment. You have a strong clinical background combined with business and financial acumen, enabling you to bridge clinical workflows with operational and strategic goals. You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience. You’re an influential, collaborative leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving clinical impact, operational excellence, and customer success through Enterprise Imaging innovation. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $106,875 to $171,000. The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $112,500 to $180,000. The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $118,125 to $189,000. The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $126,000 to $201,600. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
