Job Title Scanning Platform Program Manager Job Description Scanning Platform Program Manager The Scanning Platform Program Manager oversees small innovation projects, using existing solutions to accelerate development and supports broader initiatives. You will be responsible for creating a streamlined data processing solution within our Ultrasound business. Your role: Leads small innovation projects or project sub-sections, managing timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring alignment with broader program goals and promoting the reuse of existing solutions to accelerate development. Collaborates closely with project teams and stakeholders, monitoring progress against milestones, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and escalating issues to senior management for timely resolution. Applies foundational agile project management techniques, including planning, estimation, and documentation, while maintaining accurate project records to ensure transparency and facilitate smooth knowledge transfer. Builds robust information management capabilities by systematically implementing tools like Confluence and SharePoint, utilizing Kanban boards and dashboards to track progress, and ensuring active, iterative documentation that supports learning and improvement. Ensures adherence to global clinical study procedures through regular training, supports audit activities within agreed timelines, and is committed to continuous improvement by seeking feedback, attending relevant training, and participating in knowledge-sharing initiatives. You're the right fit if: Some experience required in all or most of the following areas: dashboard creation, utilization of SAS and/or R for programming, process management/creation activities into existing systems. Your skills include ability to manage projects and program in an organized and efficient manner, ability to understand technical data requirements and create processes that effectively capture sensitive data, and strong ability to understand technical processing components of Ultrasound systems. You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in operations research, Epidemiology/Informatics, Engineering (e.g. Manufacturing/Process/Mechanical), Information Technology, Business Administration, and/or Project/Program management. Will consider candidates with 4 years of related experience and vocational education in areas such as Portfolio Management, Innovation Management, Project and Program Management or equivalent. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. You’re an analytical with an engineering mindset with strong expertise to leverage data programming tools, and proven ability to set up efficient data capture operating processes. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Bothell, WA is $79,800 to $127,680. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
