Job Title Sales, District Subscription Sales Specialist - Hospital Patient Monitoring (Rockies and Mid-South) Job Description District Subscription Sales Specialist – Hospital Patient Monitoring In this role, you will collaborate and consult with district sales leaders to develop and execute an enterprise-wide strategy focused on selling a portfolio of recurring revenue solutions to support the customer’s Hospital Patient Monitoring ecosystem. Your role: Partner with district sales leaders to segment, create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting hospital networks and healthcare institutions. Ensure alignment with enterprise-wide objectives and goals. Sell a diverse portfolio of recurring revenue solutions, including XaaS engagement solutions, software support and hardware support contracts. These solutions will ensure the continued functionality and success of hospital patient monitoring systems. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals, healthcare providers, and other relevant stakeholders to drive long-term business opportunities. Act as a subject matter expert in patient monitoring technologies, services, and support offerings. Provide consultative guidance to customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the appropriate solutions. Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for new sales and expansion of existing contracts. Lead contract negotiations and close sales deals that drive revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements; Work closely with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful execution of sales strategies and customer engagement. Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and customer feedback. Provide regular updates to district sales leaders and senior management. You're the right fit if: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; 5+ years experience in sales within the healthcare, medical technology, or patient monitoring industry, with a focus on recurring revenue models and service contracts. Strong understanding of XaaS solutions, software and hardware support contracts, and customer engagement strategies. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels. Experience collaborating with district sales leaders and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies. Ability to identify market opportunities and adapt strategies based on evolving customer needs and competitive landscape. Philips Transparency Details Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $245,000 to $280,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
