Job Title Remote Clinical Applications Specialist - MRI Job Description As a Remote Clinical Applications Specialist, you’ll deliver critical remote clinical support and compassionate service to Philips MRI customers, applying your advanced clinical product knowledge across challenging situations to transform lives and drive the future of healthcare technology. Your role: Provide expert telephone and remote support (multitasking between multiple software programs) for clinical applications, guiding both internal and external customers through troubleshooting and resolution steps for the Philips MRI product line. Offer clinical problem-solving, solutions training, and education as needed to maximize system performance. Deliver exceptional remote customer service by setting clear expectations, adhering to entitlements, and meeting commitments to resolve clinical application issues for MRI equipment. Understand the customer’s clinical environment to deliver a caring and consistent experience that supports operational goals, generates service value, enhances productivity, and brings value to every customer interaction. Utilize remote tools, escalation resources, and established processes to efficiently diagnose and resolve clinical applications related issues. Drive increased productivity by leveraging technical and clinical expertise to optimize solution delivery. Accurately document all case notes, product data, and patient information in a timely, confidential, and compliant manner. Complete all required administrative tasks within established Philips, State, and Federal guidelines. This team provides live customer support from 8AM-8PM, with a rotating schedule across all team members and a mandatory weekday on-call rotation from 8PM-midnight. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience as an MRI Technologist working on Philips MRI products in a clinical environment (5+ years of experience preferred). Clinical applications support or training experience preferred. You must be able to provide verification for current/active certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and must have an advanced certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). You have a certificate or associate degree. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) is preferred. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, and OneDrive. Advanced Excel and data analytics experience preferred. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively by telephone and other remote platforms. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position. You must be able to: Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment; adhere to requirements. Work flexible hours as needed based on business needs (i.e., other shifts; weekends, on-call; mandatory extra hours dependent on workload). Philips Transparency Details The hourly pay range for this position in: AZ, AR, IA, ID, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, and WV is $37.00 to $59.00. AL, CO, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NC, ND, NH, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, and WY is $39.00 to $62.00. MD, RI, and WA is $41.00 to $65.00. CA, CT, MA, NJ, NY, and Washington, D.C. is $44.00 to $69.00. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
